My Bio
I go by the Pen name Ace Darkwin and I am a Navajo Manga/ Illustrator/character designer with a dream to make my own series that people will enjoy. I am trying mix the Navajo culture with the Japanese art style. I used to live on the Navajo Reservation for all my high school years and moved to Tucson to further explore my horizons. In 2006 I came up with my first story title "Yas Nights" (Yas: Snow in Navajo) which is now in the process of being re-written at the moment.
The Artist and Manga/Anime that got me into the otaku world was Ken Akamatsu for creating Love Hina. My dream is to one day to make a book that will get me to see Ken Akamatsu, my hero. I am going to be attending future Conventions in California, Arizona, Colorado, Texas, and Washington.

My deadline edges closer as the days continue to go by without hesitation. I am now in the process of making more drawings and I will be coloring them in a span of the next 4 days. Hopefully I can make it in time, I don't want to make a delay and have to extend the deadline. My nights are filled with drawings from when I wake up to the point where I past out on my desk. I wish I could work on my drawings all day and but everyone has something holding them back and mine is my roommate. When the day is done and over with I like to sit down and listen to a couple of songs sung by hatsune miku. I would always end my playlist with a light and slow song, like "Glow". From then I start to draw, from the moment my pencil hits the paper I glide the pencil over the paper with ease. I love drawing and i've been doing it ever since I was 5 years, which is as far as i can remember.
From childhood, my imagination I would make other worlds and so many characters. In most sense, I was bring life to my Homeland... The Navajo Reservation. Not much can be seen on the reservation, except for a National monument in a little town call
